GREAT DAY!

Today Rachel won a $50.00 education savings certificate she will start a savings now for college. It was so great. Last Friday the xchool called and told me she had won a big prize for the reading program and that her parents should be there to see her get the prize but that we had to keep it a secret. Well okay now I had to figure out how to get her to want to go to the school on a day she doesn't have to go because she is off track. I was trying to come up with things to want her to go when last night out of the blue Kyle says Mom are you going to take us to the reward assembly tomorrow. I didn't think he even knew about well as soon as he said that Rachel wanted to go. Amazing.

I'm a Mom

I am so glad that I've been so lucky to be a mother I don't know what I would do if I hadn't had this wonderful opportunity. And it is so true that they grow up to fast. They say you can never get this back but today I beg to differ. I had a wonderful dream the other night. I was at Disneyland with my older children and instead of being adults like they are now they were young kids and I was helping them in and out of rides. They were so cute I got to remember and relive those special feelings I used to have in their younger years. It was a most wonderful blessing this dream was.
